Frequently asked questions
All orders are collected from our home address here in East Grinstead. Once your order is confirmed,
we’ll send you the full address and a collection time that suits you in your confirmation email.
For bespoke celebration cakes we ask for a minimum of two weeks so we can design and bake something
special. For our everyday sweet treats, three days’ notice is usually plenty — though do get in touch if
you’re in a pickle and we’ll do our best.
We do — vegan and gluten-free options are available on many of our bakes, just ask. Please note
everything is made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs, so we can’t guarantee an
allergen-free environment.
At the moment we accept cash on collection or bank transfer — our details are sent in your confirmation
email. Card payments via Stripe and PayPal are coming very soon.
We mainly bake for collection from East Grinstead, but local delivery within a few miles can be
arranged for a small fee. Just mention it in your enquiry and we’ll sort the details.
